Welcome to SlimQuest! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SlimQuest platform and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  • “Content” means any text, images, video, audio, data, or other materials that you submit, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service.

  2. Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your Account.
  3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age.

5. User Content

  1. Ownership. You retain all rights in your Content. By submitting Content, you grant SlimQuest a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
  2. Responsibility. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all Content you submit and that your Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
  3. Moderation. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, remove, or refuse any Content that violates these Terms or is objectionable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Post or transmit any spam, malware, or harmful code.
  • Engage in conduct that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

7. Payments and Fees

If you purchase any paid features, you agree to our Pricing and Payment Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will cease, but Sections 5 (User Content), 9 (Disclaimer), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 12 (General Provisions) will survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SLIMQUEST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIMQUEST AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SlimQuest and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your Content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Berlin for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

13. General Provisions

  1. Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to when using particular features, constitute the entire agreement between you and SlimQuest regarding the Service.
  2. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  3. Waiver. No waiver of any term will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
